  • Valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.

  • Delivered instantly via email or SMS after approval.

2. Bank Transfer (1-Link / IBFT)

  • Refund is transferred directly to your provided bank account.

  • Ensure correct account details are shared to avoid delays.

3. Credit/Debit Card or Digital Wallet Refund

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Processing time may depend on your card provider or wallet service.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued only after product inspection and approval according to our Return Policy.
